📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic thought partner for the Managing Director of Data Ops & Data Governance • Drive clarity, execution, and measurable business outcomes • Establish and maintain the operating cadence, leadership forums, and all-hands meetings • Maintain, enhance, or deprecate activities as needed • Develop and launch leadership accountability for the organization • Produce concise narratives and materials • Align cross-functional partners across Technology, Business Teams, Data Ops, and internal DataOps teams • Partner with Technology and Data Ops to improve efficiencies throughout the DataOps lifecycle • Establish planning rigor, delivery standards, and risk management between Technology and Data Ops • Identify risks and blockers and coordinate cross-functional resolutions • Develop briefs, memos, and executive-ready storytelling for executive leadership and external audiences • Partner with HRBPs on talent calibration, internal talent mobility, strategic staffing, and early-career pipeline development • Foster team engagement and transparent goal alignment across leadership levels • Drive partnership across business, technology, and data teams through consistent communication and progress evaluation • Align deliverables with team capacity, highlight gaps, and develop tracking infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in strategy, analytics, product, consulting, or COS/COO-type roles • Healthcare experience preferred • Familiarity with product development and customer engagement concepts • Track record of connecting digital experiences to business value • Demonstrated program leadership experience • Ability to drive clarity and results in matrixed environments without formal ownership • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, including decks and memos • Stakeholder influence skills • If working from home, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
