📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls from health care providers seeking to secure medical prior authorization requests • Handle an average of 50+ calls daily • Toggle through several applications on multiple screens while taking inbound calls • Resolve customer complaints through independent problem-solving and one-call resolution • Meet or exceed call center metrics while providing consistent customer service

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED • 1 year of customer service experience is required • A dedicated workspace with no distractions • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Programs • Ability to navigate multiple screens and programs simultaneously • Knowledge of Medical Terminology • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working from home • Attend 100% of training and maintain perfect attendance during the first 90 days of employment
