📋 Description

• Manage pharmacy pricing strategies to meet contractual guarantee targets. • Review provider contracts to ensure pricing terms and guarantees are accurately implemented. • Track, analyze, and report provider guarantee performance. • Recommend pricing and system adjustments to support contractual obligations. • Maintain and enhance the provider guarantees database and reporting tools. • Partner with Contracting, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to support negotiations and performance inquiries. • Lead claims-based analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions. • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 plus years of equivalent work experience • Proficient with Microsoft Excel; Experience with SQL required • 3-5 years plus of experience in Financial Analysis, or related area • Demonstrate initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Proven ability to work collaboratively in complex matrix organizations and agile teams • Strong verbal/written communication skills to work with various matrix partners • Knowledge of PBM or Healthcare industry preferred
