📋 Description

• Gather and verify complete medication lists and patient allergies • Document all medication details in electronic records • Interview patients/caregivers and consult pharmacists to resolve discrepancies • Assist with quality assurance data and clinical services • Handle orders and support pharmacists with data entry and insurance claims • Support Remote Pharmacy Services by collecting and documenting accurate patient medication histories • Perform related clinical and administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• State Pharmacy Technician License • National Pharmacy Technician Certification required • 2+ years Pharmacy Technician experience • 1+ year with Medication Reconciliation/History in hospitals • Strong computer skills • Experience with Epic, Cerner and/or MediTech • Ability to work independently or within a team • Strong communication, interpersonal, and technology skills • Emergency availability • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload for home-based work • Ability to work anywhere from 3a–11p, Sun–Sat • Ability to work weekly schedules or 7 on, 7 off style schedules
