📋 Description

• Support National Sales VPs in executing new business growth strategies within an assigned region • Assist with membership growth, profitability, and retention goals through prospecting, sales support, and consultant relationship management • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and strengthen sales strategies • Develop and maintain knowledge of Cigna Healthcare products, services, and integrated solutions • Partner with Underwriting, Product, Marketing, Pricing, Service Operations, and Sales Effectiveness teams • Collaborate with Advocacy and account teams to develop customer-focused growth strategies • Support regional and national sales initiatives through research, planning, and coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of relevant experience • Knowledge of the healthcare or managed care industry, including sales support, account management, underwriting, financial analysis, marketing, or operations • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms • Strong communication and presentation skills • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results • For home-based work, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
