📋 Description

• Develop analyses, insights, and recommendations supporting strategic planning, operational decision-making, and performance improvement across Individual Dental Operations • Monitor and analyze operational, customer, financial, and KPI data to identify trends, risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities • Conduct root cause analyses of operational issues and performance variances • Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for leaders and stakeholders • Lead development, maintenance, and optimization of operational reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical tools • Define reporting requirements, performance measures, data needs, and audience expectations with stakeholders • Identify duplication, manual effort, reporting gaps, inconsistencies, and automation opportunities • Design, develop, and implement automated reporting, analytical, and workflow solutions using approved enterprise tools • Apply Microsoft applications, Excel, Power Platform, Alteryx, Tableau, and other analytics or automation platforms • Incorporate documentation, testing, validation, exception handling, and controls into automated solutions • Identify and evaluate responsible artificial intelligence and generative AI use cases • Establish human review and validation expectations for AI-generated outputs • Support development, documentation, measurement, and monitoring of KPIs • Develop vendor performance reporting and analyze contractual, service-level, operational, and customer experience measures • Establish controls for reporting accuracy, completeness, consistency, and traceability • Validate reporting outputs and analytical results before distribution • Identify data-quality concerns, discrepancies, and control gaps and coordinate remediation • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives involving workflow redesign, standardization, scalability, and modernization • Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, business transitions, operational planning, and enterprise projects • Partner with Operations, Reporting, Technology, Finance, Vendor Management, Product, Compliance, and other teams • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for operational analytics, reporting, performance measurement, automation, and workflow improvement • Communicate technical and analytical concepts to operational leaders, process owners, and nontechnical stakeholders • Support knowledge transfer and sustainable ownership of analytical and automated solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Operations, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience • At least two years of experience in healthcare analytics, business analytics, operational reporting, performance management, or a related field • Experience developing and managing performance reports, dashboards, scorecards, key performance indicators, and operational analyses • Ability to analyze complex data, identify meaningful trends, conduct root cause analysis, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for reporting, analytics, process-improvement, or automation solutions • Experience improving workflows, recurring reporting processes, or other operational activities through process redesign, standardization, or automation • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using reporting, data visualization, analytics, or automation tools • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to assess data quality, challenge unsupported conclusions, and recognize analytical limitations • Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and changing business priorities • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate analytical findings to business stakeholders and senior leaders • Ability to collaborate across functions and influence outcomes without direct authority • Ability to document complex analytical processes, business rules, reporting logic, assumptions, and controls in a clear and sustainable manner • If working at home, internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload • Preferred: Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Microsoft Power Platform, or comparable tools • Preferred: Experience in customer operations, contact center operations, healthcare operations, dental benefits, or another regulated service environment • Preferred: Experience using artificial intelligence or generative AI tools • Preferred: Experience with vendor oversight, service-level reporting, or vendor performance management • Preferred: Knowledge of operational risk, regulatory requirements, business controls, data governance, privacy, or compliance practices • Preferred: Experience supporting business transitions, operating-model implementation, operational stabilization, or enterprise transformation initiatives • Preferred: Experience developing executive-level dashboards, decision-support materials, or performance narratives
