📋 Description

• Support the clinical management and order setup of specialty pharmacy patients under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist • Coordinate patient home and office deliveries • Handle inbound and outbound calls and pharmacist-directed follow-up • Assist with onboarding new specialty patients and maintain accurate patient records • Complete patient assessments and medication delivery setup under pharmacist supervision • Provide copay information and process payments • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards • Document interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality • Meet quality and productivity standards while delivering excellent service

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED • At least 1 year of related customer service experience within a healthcare environment • Strong customer service and communication skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Professionalism and confidentiality • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Pharmacy Technician certification preferred • Prior specialty healthcare experience desired • For home-based work, cable broadband or fiber optic internet with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
