📋 Description

• Assist with data entry for incoming prescriptions to ensure quality assurance • Make outbound calls to prescribers’ offices • Work with patients and doctors to research medication coverage issues • Help patients obtain needed medication • Make and receive high-volume calls from patients and providers • Participate in training and collaborate with peers and other teams • Provide high-touch care and support for patients with chronic health conditions • Work Monday–Friday on the specified Eastern Time schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Indiana Pharmacy technician license/certification/registration required • 2+ years of relevant experience as a Pharmacy Technician • 1+ years of order entry experience required • High School Diploma or GED required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office, internet, and email • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build relationships with patients • Comfortable making and receiving high-volume calls to patients and providers • Must be located and licensed in Indiana • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for home work
