📋 Description

• Apply retail pharmacy operations, workflow, regulatory compliance, and payer navigation knowledge to client recommendations • Collaborate with subject matter experts, partners, and client teams on consulting solutions • Participate in client meetings and build trust through communication and results-driven insights • Develop presentations, reports, and dashboards translating complex data into actionable narratives • Create executive messaging frameworks covering priorities, risks, opportunities, and recommendations • Address ambiguous problems using structured thinking, consulting frameworks, and hypothesis-driven approaches • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of pharmacy operational and financial data • Build financial models, operational frameworks, and decision-support tools • Gather information across matrixed teams, synthesize perspectives, and ensure messaging consistency • Support executive meetings, reviews, and strategic checkpoints • Contribute to pharmacy service line optimization, operational readiness, and strategy refresh initiatives • Conduct due diligence on customer insights, operational data, and industry trends • Translate data and qualitative findings into leadership insights • Maintain organization, version control, proactive stakeholder communication, and accurate deliverables • Develop materials for enterprise summits, advisory boards, customer meetings, board presentations, and leadership offsites • Engage in continuous learning and development of consulting and pharmacy industry expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSPharm) from an accredited institution • Active pharmacist licensure required; California licensure preferred • 2–5 years of relevant experience in retail pharmacy, health system pharmacy operations, consulting, project management, or a similar role • Pharmacy operations experience including workflow optimization, inventory management, medication access, or payer/PBM navigation • Ability to simplify complex information into clear storylines and structured deliverables • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools such as Power BI • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, including financial modeling and business case analysis • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including messaging to senior leaders • High attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities • Willingness to travel up to 50–75% and work extended hours as required • Preferred: executive-leader experience, structured problem-solving familiarity, and progression such as pharmacy lead, shift supervisor, or pharmacist-in-charge
