📋 Description

• Assist with data entry for incoming prescriptions • Make outbound calls to prescribers' offices • Ensure quality assurance for prescription processing • Work with patients and doctors to research medication coverage issues • Help patients obtain needed medication • Make and receive high-volume calls to patients and providers • Participate in training and collaborate with peers and other teams • Provide in-depth care and support for patients with chronic health conditions • Contribute to outcomes measurement, counseling, clinical care management, social services, and reimbursement services

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration required • 2+ years of relevant experience as a Pharmacy Technician • 1+ years of order entry experience required • High School Diploma or GED required • Bachelor's degree preferred • General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office, internet, and email • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build relationships with patients • Comfortable making and receiving high-volume calls to patients and providers • Must be located in Indiana • Must work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Eastern, with one day per week from 11:30am-8:00pm Eastern • Home internet through cable broadband or fiber optic service with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
