📋 Description

• Serve as a client-facing point of contact for external partners, including reimbursement hubs and pharmaceutical manufacturers • Act as liaison between external customers and internal operations teams • Manage relationships among aligned pharmaceutical clients, their hubs, and programs • Answer questions about Accredo processes and service issues and mitigate escalations • Position Accredo externally in a professional and discreet manner • Build partner relationships, instill trust, and anticipate needs or concerns • Own the overall health and performance of programs, products, and services and provide stakeholder updates • Research, gather, analyze, and communicate data • Identify and track trends, perform root-cause analysis, and drive process improvement initiatives • Monitor specialty-drug performance metrics and help resolve delays quickly • Create presentations and host meetings with operations leaders, account teams, hubs, and manufacturers • Review metrics and program performance, support clinical/nonclinical in-services, and conduct QBRs • Work independently, adapt to a dynamic environment, and act as a change agent

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • 2+ years of Accredo specialty pharmacy-related experience required • 2+ years of client management, program support, and collaboration with matrix partners preferred • 1+ year of managing escalated issues and handling difficult conversations professionally • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail, organization, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and support multiple projects while meeting deliverables • Proficient computer skills, including all Microsoft Office applications • RxHome and CSP familiarity preferred • Travel may be required based on program placement • Must meet home internet requirements of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload when working from home
