📋 Description

• Assist the Program Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned captives • Collaborate with Captive Executives, Business Development Executives, and Program Managers on captive business activities • Facilitate underwriting information flow from submission to proposal production • Review new business submissions and underwriting data for accuracy and completeness before actuarial pricing • Assist underwriting teams in creating timely and accurate proposals • Build relationships with brokers, service providers, and members • Assist with preparation and facilitation of board meetings • Prepare and submit underwriting documentation for renewals and board books • Collaborate with the captive domicile manager to maintain accurate board books, financials, renewal books, and slide decks • Assist with premium collection and financial reconciliation with the captive domicile manager and policy issuing carrier • Support financial integrity and compliance of programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in property and casualty insurance • Ideally, exposure to captive programs • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership and production • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to apply sound judgment to technical and operational challenges • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat • Positive, proactive attitude and commitment to customer service and business culture • Minimal to no travel required
