📋 Description

• Lead development and execution of strategies supporting IFP growth and innovation • Engage in planning activities for Monthly Business Reviews and annual IFP Dental strategy meetings • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Clinical leaders to align priorities and ensure cohesive execution • Design and manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs • Conduct or contribute to market research using market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive intelligence • Develop and deliver presentations, strategic updates, and recommendations to leadership and executive stakeholders • Champion innovation, agility, and continuous improvement • Develop product definitions and solution plans to optimize product and service offerings • Contribute to dental product deliverables and lead assigned projects • Analyze technology, customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities • Lead or contribute to product-related initiatives, including project proposals, business cases, and implementation support • Develop new product value propositions and targeted feature sets • Anticipate business challenges and regulatory issues and recommend new products or improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product strategy, business strategy, or program leadership, preferably in healthcare or insurance • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities • Experience working in matrixed environments and influencing without direct authority • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience • Deep understanding of the Individual & Family Plans (IFP) market and regulatory landscape • Experience in enterprise or large-scale program management • Passion for improving healthcare access, affordability, and outcomes • For home-based work, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
