📋 Description

• Conduct daily outreach to dental offices and providers to develop relationships and negotiate dental PPO network participation contracts • Assist with provider and location credentialing, contracting, and recredentialing requests • Respond to status requests and non-routine contract questions • Assist with preparing or modifying provider compensation or contracts • Complete work within specified time and quality targets • Identify, recruit, and contract qualified healthcare professionals in assigned geographic areas • Handle incoming calls from dental providers and reroute misdirected calls • Resolve provider issues over the phone using a “one and done” philosophy • Research and interpret guidelines to respond to inquiries, complaints, and disputes while ensuring compliance • Contact providers to obtain missing or additional information for compliant applications and contracts • Collaborate with internal departments • Maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals and office staff while providing high-quality service

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum of 3 months’ experience in dental office negotiations, relations, or contracting • Must be a current Cigna or Express Scripts contractor • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality service • For home-based work, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
