📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end provider experience and service delivery for the assigned medium- to low-complexity provider book of business • Collaborate with local markets and matrix partners to improve provider experience and service delivery • Create and maintain provider strategic action plans • Identify provider opportunities and risks and drive resolution • Capture, document, share, and use market intelligence to develop strategic improvements • Collect, analyze, interpret, translate, and distribute provider informatics, reports, and dashboards • Track and monitor performance guarantees • Improve Provider Index scores through proactive network service and support • Review reports and dashboards with individual providers • Educate providers on Cigna's objectives, procedures, policies, and programs • Advocate for providers internally and externally • Serve as a consultant or subject matter expert to matrix partners • Develop and participate in presentations for existing and prospective providers or clients • Represent Cigna to medical societies and external provider associations • Manage joint operating committees, including agendas, participation, and follow-up activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience required • 5+ years of experience working in the provider relations industry highly preferred • Account management experience supporting a provider book of business required • Knowledge of medical insurance products and associated provider issues strongly preferred • Experience with MS Office Suite, Tableau, Facets, ETQL, or Proclaim highly preferred • Ability to lead an account management team and matrix partners toward a common goal • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills • Ability to work in a matrix environment • Up to 25% travel may be required
