📋 Description

• Lead strategy, governance, and execution of business enablement capabilities supporting operational consistency, scalability, and organizational effectiveness • Create visibility into operational priorities, risks, resource needs, and performance • Partner with organizational leaders to improve business processes, operating models, and organizational readiness • Serve as business owner for CCOP and related operational platforms • Drive automation and workflow improvements to reduce manual effort and improve operational controls • Establish standards for data integrity, reporting quality, and user adoption • Develop capacity planning and forecasting capabilities for workload management and resource optimization • Deliver dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics that improve operational outcomes • Identify capacity risks and recommend sustainable growth solutions • Simplify and standardize processes • Establish documentation, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing practices • Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and operational maturity • Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for business enablement, operational excellence, analytics, tools, process improvement, and knowledge management • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and align team priorities to business objectives • Partner across Value-Based Care Program Management & Operations, Business Readiness, Design & Innovation, Provider Network & Relations, Analytics, Technology, and other stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business operations, operational excellence, business enablement, program management, process improvement, or related disciplines • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions • Experience managing business-owned systems, operational platforms, or enterprise tools • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into operational solutions and technology requirements • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and strategic planning skills • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred) • Experience in healthcare, value-based care, provider operations, network operations, contracting, or clinical operations (preferred) • Experience with CCOP, workflow platforms, operational databases, or process management tools (preferred) • Experience with Power BI, SQL, SharePoint, Power Platform, Smartsheet, or similar technologies (preferred) • Experience building workforce planning, capacity planning, or forecasting models (preferred) • Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PMP, Prosci, or other operational excellence certification (preferred) • Experience leading automation, data governance, or digital transformation initiatives (preferred)
