📋 Description

• Lead and manage cross-functional process improvement initiatives using best practices, methodologies, tools, and techniques • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes • Design sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable future-state solutions • Document current-state processes • Conduct root cause analysis to identify operational pain points and improvement opportunities • Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and recommend solutions • Enhance quality, efficiency, and service delivery • Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams • Develop and enhance work instructions, job aids, training materials, and process documentation • Collaborate with senior operational leaders and cross-functional partners on high-impact initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification or 8+ years of experience applying process improvement methodologies • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and summarizing findings • Proven critical thinking and strategic problem-solving abilities • Strong business acumen and ability to learn new business areas, concepts, and operational processes • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity, embrace change, and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong presentation and facilitation skills • Home internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
