📋 Description

• Perform subcontract management and administration duties across a variety of subcontract types • Manage subcontract and task order awards and modifications through formation, performance, and close-out with minimal guidance • Maintain compliant and accurate subcontract management records • Provide subcontract-related advice and guidance to internal business teams • Build and maintain relationships with external industry partners and subcontractors • Prepare subcontractor Requests for Proposals aligned with client solicitation requirements • Evaluate subcontractor proposals and conduct detailed pricing analyses • Negotiate subcontractor proposals and agreements • Assess subcontractor performance risk and support corrective action plans when performance concerns arise

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 5 years experience in Federal Government Subcontract Management OR Supply Chain Management OR Contracts Management OR Legal Degree OR a combination with a total of 6 years experience • Experience negotiating subcontract agreements; preparing subcontractor RFPs; evaluating subcontractor proposals; and conducting subcontractor pricing analysis • Experience preparing and managing CPSR-compliant subcontract documentation, or similar • Knowledge of Public Law and FAR/DFARS • U.S. Citizenship • Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship • Knowledge of CPSR requirements is a bonus • Pre-award support in Government Contracts is a bonus
