📋 Description

• Identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients • Creating strong first impressions in the market • Helping build a healthy pipeline for Client Relationship Executives and sales leadership • Contributing to a company that values both performance and people

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, customer success, account management, or another customer-facing role • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate value • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple leads • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools preferred; HubSpot experience is a plus • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
