📋 Description

• Conduct ongoing research on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the organization • Synthesize insights from industry reports, venture capital activity, conferences, peer companies, and other sources into actionable intelligence • Maintain awareness of industry best practices, disruptive innovations, and strategic risks and opportunities • Lead structured vendor evaluations, including due diligence, comparative analysis, and recommendation development • Establish and maintain evaluation frameworks assessing technology fit, scalability, and enterprise value • Act as primary liaison for BrokerTech Ventures intake, coordinating evaluation, prioritization, and feedback loops • Consolidate insights, learnings, and experimentation results across business lines to reduce siloed efforts and duplication • Facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment across business and technology stakeholders • Develop repositories or forums for capturing and distributing strategic intelligence • Prepare executive-level presentations, briefings, and updates for leadership • Translate complex intelligence into clear narratives supporting decision-making • Incorporate external perspectives from venture capital firms, conferences, industry networks, and BrokerTech Ventures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business or IT focus preferred • 1–3 years of experience • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, including presenting findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders • Ability to understand the big picture
