📋 Description

• Build and configure client systems using Monday.com, ClickUp, Airtable, and Softr • Design and implement automations using Make.com and third-party integrations • Implement AI tools and workflows to improve client operations • Deliver well-structured, maintainable, and thoroughly documented solutions • Collaborate with the Project Manager to define scope and deliver projects on time • Partner with the Founder on technical decisions and solution design • Follow established project management processes and delivery standards • Communicate project risks, blockers, and scope changes proactively • Document all builds clearly for clients and the team • Create Loom walkthroughs and Scribe guides for every delivery • Take ownership of assigned solutions and ensure high-quality deliverables • Work independently within established processes and project scope • Clarify requirements before implementation • Maintain clear and accurate documentation throughout development • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient level of English, written and spoken • Minimum of 3 years of experience with no-code platforms and automation tools • Expertise in Monday.com, ClickUp, Airtable, or Softr • Working knowledge of Make.com and multi-step automations • Proficiency with Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, Loom, and Scribe • Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini • Experience supporting multiple companies, clients, or departments • Understanding of project management principles and structured workflows • Experience combining AI tools, automations, and no-code platforms to build reliable, scalable systems • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and accountability • Ability to collaborate with Project Managers and Founders while working independently • Ability to adapt to new systems and workflows • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs • Reliable computer running Windows 10 or newer • Two monitors and stable high-speed internet • Professional home workstation capable of supporting uninterrupted remote work • Interest in long-term career opportunities
