📋 Description

• Collaborate with and provide appropriate supervision or oversight to nurse practitioners providing dermatology services • Support care planning and service delivery for residents at multiple skilled nursing facilities • Maintain an active and valid New York medical license and other credentials required for the agreed scope of practice • Communicate with nurse practitioners and the MedServ team regarding clinical collaboration and operational needs • Follow applicable state laws, professional practice requirements, and organizational policies related to physician collaboration and patient care • Report to Executive Leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed physician with an MD or DO from an accredited medical school • Active, unrestricted physician license in New York • Valid DEA registration and controlled-substance credentials in New York, as required for the agreed role • Experience with geriatric patients in a clinic, hospital, skilled nursing facility, or similar setting • Dermatology experience or familiarity with dermatology nurse practitioner services preferred • Comfortable collaborating remotely and supporting compliant clinical relationships across multiple facilities • Must follow applicable New York laws, professional practice requirements, and organizational policies
