📋 Description

• Build and manage an outbound sales pipeline by reconnecting with past clients and developing new opportunities • Assume ownership of active consignor books during Concierge and Inside Sales leaves of absence • Maintain client relationships, momentum, and opportunities through close • Engage consignors across phone, text, email, and chat • Guide consignors through qualification through close • Move between prospecting and closing as coverage assignments shift • Bridge BDR, Field Sales, and Inside Sales workflows • Maintain accurate CRM records • Track performance metrics and use insights to improve • Develop toward Inside Sales leadership opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding numbers • Comfortable owning a full book independently, from first outreach through close • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build rapport quickly and remain composed under pressure • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail • Clear and compelling communication across phone, text, email, and chat • Confident closing consignors and moving between prospecting and closing • Self-directed and accountable, with sound judgment and high integrity • Ability to receive feedback and iterate on approach • Available full-time, 40 hours/week • Passion for fashion, luxury, or resale preferred
