⢠Manage the full delivery lifecycle for assigned products and implementations from requirements gathering through launch and initial post-go-live support ⢠Engage with clinical, operations, and IT stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements ⢠Develop and maintain project plans, delivery timelines, and status reports ⢠Coordinate with technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners on scope, schedule, and deliverables ⢠Track and communicate project progress, risks, and issues ⢠Escalate blockers and cross-team dependencies to the Sr. Director of Business Relationship and Delivery ⢠Plan, coordinate, and complete user acceptance testing (UAT) before go-live ⢠Obtain stakeholder sign-off on deliverables ⢠Support change management and adoption activities, including training coordination, user communications, and documentation ⢠Produce dashboards, metrics, and status updates for stakeholder review ⢠Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to product and delivery standards
⢠Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field ⢠3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, IT project management, or technology delivery ⢠Experience gathering and documenting requirements and managing backlogs in a cross-functional environment ⢠Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes ⢠Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies ⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders ⢠Proficiency in creating status reports, dashboards, and project documentation ⢠Experience with project and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms ⢠Experience in clinical research, oncology, life sciences, or a regulated healthcare environment preferred ⢠CBAP, CSPO, or equivalent certification preferred ⢠Six Sigma Yellow Belt or other process improvement certification preferred ⢠Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm ⢠Approximately 80% of time spent sitting ⢠Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing healthcare environment and meet demanding deadlines
