📋 Description

• Manage the full delivery lifecycle for assigned products and implementations from requirements gathering through launch and initial post-go-live support • Engage with clinical, operations, and IT stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements • Develop and maintain project plans, delivery timelines, and status reports • Coordinate with technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners on scope, schedule, and deliverables • Track and communicate project progress, risks, and issues • Escalate blockers and cross-team dependencies to the Sr. Director of Business Relationship and Delivery • Plan, coordinate, and complete user acceptance testing (UAT) before go-live • Obtain stakeholder sign-off on deliverables • Support change management and adoption activities, including training coordination, user communications, and documentation • Produce dashboards, metrics, and status updates for stakeholder review • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to product and delivery standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, IT project management, or technology delivery • Experience gathering and documenting requirements and managing backlogs in a cross-functional environment • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proficiency in creating status reports, dashboards, and project documentation • Experience with project and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms • Experience in clinical research, oncology, life sciences, or a regulated healthcare environment preferred • CBAP, CSPO, or equivalent certification preferred • Six Sigma Yellow Belt or other process improvement certification preferred • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm • Approximately 80% of time spent sitting • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing healthcare environment and meet demanding deadlines
