📋 Description

• Drive transportation operations for stores shipped out of assigned Service Centers • Optimize transportation, execute return logistics, and develop peak season strategies • Oversee management and execution of 3PL-managed Service Center operations, customer service, and KPI standards • Drive peak season plans, strategies, and execution • Ensure 3PL partner obligations are met and SOPs/best practices are executed at standard or better • Deliver operational performance against established KPIs and budget • Perform root-cause analysis and create action plans to manage performance • Interact with Field Leadership, Store Operations, Loss Prevention, Service Center providers, and transportation providers • Lead optimization and process improvement initiatives to enhance service and reduce costs • Drive operational design of Service Center layouts and store delivery runs • Incorporate new stores into Service Center operations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or related job experience • 7-10 years proven track record in an operations / transportation environment • 4+ years of leadership experience • Operational acumen • Supply chain expertise • Analytical and problem-solving mindset • Ability to influence without authority • Metrics, process, and efficiency focus • Excellent communication skills • Strong interpersonal and partner influencing skills • Proven people leadership and development capabilities • Change management skills • Ability to work independently in a remote travel capacity • Off-price model understanding • Must be able to travel 80% of the time
