📋 Description

• Build and nurture relationships with Client Managers and Affiliates to effectively fill open positions • Serve as a primary point of contact for Affiliates, providing high-level customer service and support • Facilitate communication between outside agencies, Client Managers, and internal teams via phone and email • Coordinate job postings and manage review and acceptance of initial submission packets • Oversee the candidate job cycling process through Pulse, ensuring timely and accurate updates • Manage Agency/Hospital Work Orders and address timesheet discrepancies between agencies, hospitals, and payroll • Evaluate affiliate performance and provide feedback to enhance effectiveness • Collaborate with MSP Account Managers and Placement Specialists to match candidates with suitable job opportunities • Navigate third-party software and leverage technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency • Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of exceptional customer service experience • High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • Strong internet research skills • Self-motivated with excellent judgment and decision-making abilities • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and strong team player • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Superior organizational skills
