📋 Description

• Bridge the gap between operations and sales • Maintain relationships with external partners • Oversee the overall life of the loan • Field requests and questions from external partners and coordinate answers from TPO departments • Guide and maintain the daily pipeline status and ensure movement of files • Maintain timely and accurate information regarding TPO web presence • Provide phone/video assistance for questions and system issues • Meet crucial requested deadlines • Develop relationships with external partners to support customer experience • Review milestones and daily service levels for ongoing activity • Assist with training on loan-level issues and system navigation • Evaluate customer needs and tailor responses to external partner requests • Meet regularly with Account Executives to strategize and develop weekly goals

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 2 years of work experience in a professional environment • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines routinely • Experience dealing directly with consumers and/or business partners • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Must be authorized to work in the United States, as verified through E-Verify
