📋 Description

• Manage workflow in HCHB • Support the quality Q/A program • Maintain accurate and updated medical records on patients • Process data in the EMR • Communicate with peers with a heavy focus on education

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 -3 years as a Registered Nurse – RN • Current Compact RN license • Minimum of 1 year Home Care Home Base Back Office experience required • Working knowledge of Hope needs and requirements • Must have current CPR Certification • Previous Home Health or Hospice experience preferred • Compassionate RN with great time management skills
