📋 Description

• Ensure operational readiness and accuracy of software through manual testing • Create efficient test case scenarios • Document and communicate test results with the team and stakeholders • Provide technical support • Collaborate on bug reports • Test features bound for production • Act as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team • Provide feedback that may be used during annual performance reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Service-oriented mindset • Problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask • Strong knowledge of IT • Mastery of the Software Development Lifecycle • Excellent communication skills • Attention to detail for manual QA testing • Bachelor's degree in computer science (or similar) or equivalent experience preferred • 3+ years in software testing • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Jira, and Postman • Experience in SaaS software is a plus • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM PST
