📋 Description

• Serve as the dedicated resource for client HR teams, providing personalized benefits support and guidance • Build trusted client partnerships and deliver exceptional customer service • Resolve escalated service issues, including claims, appeals, authorizations, eligibility inquiries, and incentive-related questions • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely outcomes • Partner with Client Service Executives, account managers, implementation teams, clinical partners, operations teams, and other stakeholders • Educate employees on plan options, benefit resources, and healthcare benefits • Deliver presentations, benefits education sessions, and communications • Support and coordinate onsite wellness initiatives • Encourage employee engagement in wellness programs and health resources • Identify trends and opportunities to enhance employee experience and program performance • Deliver strategic insights and solutions that improve client outcomes and access to care • Travel regularly to Washington, DC

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED - required • Bilingual Spanish - Required • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, benefits administration, or a related client-facing role - required • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and benefits administration platforms - required • Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills - required • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment • Flexible schedule availability - required • Regular travel to Washington, DC., required • Home internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working at home occasionally or permanently
