📋 Description

• Lead complex initiatives to improve claim accuracy and operational efficiency • Develop and apply statistical models and predictive analytics to identify opportunities within healthcare claims data • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to migrate SAS-based edits to a new platform • Drive enterprise data initiatives focused on improving data quality and operational effectiveness • Design and execute model validation and performance monitoring approaches

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in data mining, analysis, and processing using tools like SAS, SQL, Python, R • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Healthcare Informatics preferred • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence, preferably within healthcare • Proven ability to extract actionable insights using advanced data mining techniques and business intelligence tools • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and model development lifecycle
