📋 Description

• Lead Agile/Scrum execution for the Client Readiness Analytics product • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Translate business priorities into clear sprint goals, executable backlog items, and predictable delivery outcomes • Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and analytics team members to clarify backlog priorities and dependencies • Identify and resolve blockers, manage carryover, improve flow, and strengthen delivery discipline • Create and maintain sprint structures in Jira Cloud, including story readiness, sprint kickoff, carryover management, backlog hygiene, and sprint closeout • Ensure work items have clear intent, acceptance criteria, visible dependencies, and sufficient planning detail • Produce sprint reporting and delivery updates covering progress, risks, dependencies, aging work, and upcoming priorities • Use throughput, cycle time, sprint progress, and blocker trends to improve transparency and team flow • Monitor Tableau refreshes, extract errors, reporting logs, and escalate platform issues • Maintain intake tracking across Jira and Confluence • Improve recurring delivery routines, documentation, and reporting and data workflows • Maintain team documentation in Confluence, SharePoint, and shared drives • Support knowledge management, team continuity, transparency, and onboarding • Contribute to automation, AI-enabled workflow improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • 2+ years’ experience supporting Agile delivery, project coordination, analytics operations, or backlog / intake management in a business or technology environment • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban • Experience using Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar workflow and documentation tools • Strong organization, prioritization, follow-through, and attention to detail • Ability to facilitate meetings, document decisions, manage action items, and communicate risks or dependencies clearly • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to partner across business, analytics, and technology stakeholders • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume delivery environment • Home internet connection through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload • Tobacco/nicotine users in certain states must enter a qualifying smoking cessation program prior to employment • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree • Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification • Preferred: Experience supporting analytics, reporting, Tableau, SQL, or data workflow teams • Preferred: Familiarity with Tableau refreshes, extract monitoring, reporting logs, or production support routines • Preferred: Experience improving intake, backlog management, documentation, or Agile operating practices • Preferred: Familiarity with automation or AI-enabled workflow improvement
