📋 Description

• Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and prepare medical, dental, and vision quotes • Prepare medical, dental, and vision field quotes using Cigna rating systems • Support new and existing sales managers • Manage the RFP process, report results, and meet submission turnaround times • Ensure accuracy of information and opportunities in Salesforce.com • Submit complete and accurate proposal data to Underwriting and other matrix partners • Communicate proactively with internal and external customers to facilitate the RFP workflow • Communicate with Brokers to demonstrate Cigna's market value • Develop and build relationships with matrix partners • Support New Business Managers with benefit optimization • Coordinate new business sales and existing business renewals within the U500 Business Segment • Coordinate deliverables to clients and/or producers • Work on various projects within the sales office as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience may substitute in lieu of degree • Health insurance background with general understanding of the overall sales process preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Detail oriented with exceptional follow-up skills • Basic math skills • Ability to work in a production-like, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to manage, prioritize, and work on numerous projects simultaneously • Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines and work under pressure • Ability to anticipate customer and/or business partner needs and understand consequences of actions • Strong computer-based technical skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word • Internet/web navigation skills • For permanent or occasional work at home, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
