• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to a team of five senior leaders within Operations, Insights & Delivery • Manage complex calendars for five senior leaders, prioritizing critical business activities and resolving conflicts • Coordinate meetings across time zones, including leadership forums and cross-functional sessions • Prepare leaders with agendas, materials, and briefing support • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics • Prepare and manage expense reports with accuracy and timeliness • Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and organizational events • Support onboarding, team logistics, and administrative processes • Maintain key team artifacts (org charts, distribution lists, documentation)
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred • 5+ years relevant administrative support experience supporting multiple senior/executive leaders • Experience performing in a corporate, matrixed environment supporting senior leadership teams preferred • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and ability to produce executive-ready materials • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence and coordinate across teams • High level of professionalism and discretion • Ability to work independently with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset • Proficient using MS Office software
