📋 Description

• Drive clinical strategy, innovation, and client impact across the National Accounts Organization • Serve as the senior-most clinical voice for large employer clients • Deliver clinical analysis, strategic direction, and thought leadership • Articulate Cigna’s value proposition during finalist meetings and consultant engagements • Guide RFP responses with innovative, client-specific strategies • Represent clinical leadership in consultant roadshows and strategic forums • Partner with National Account Executives to develop clinical roadmaps supporting retention, growth, and product adoption • Analyze client data to identify cost drivers, population health needs, and program performance • Deliver actionable recommendations • Liaise between clients, account teams, and Clinical Operations to resolve complex issues • Support clinical audits and corrective action plans • Translate enterprise innovations into insights and training for account teams • Represent client and consultant perspectives across Product, Informatics, Marketing, and Clinical Operations forums • Deliver presentations and contribute to thought leadership on employer health innovation • Monitor digital health, value-based care, and population health management trends • Build relationships with consultants, health system executives, and technology partners

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified physician in an ABMS-approved specialty • Active, unrestricted medical license • Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience • At least 15 years of progressive leadership in medical management, including roles in insurance, consulting, health systems, or health technology companies • Exceptional communication, analytical, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with a focus on results and innovation • Willingness to travel extensively • For home-based work, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
