📋 Description

• Drive standardized care conduct in assigned clinics across the practice in compliance with federal, state, and local standards and organizational policies and procedures • Partner with regional nurse leaders to ensure clinical staff adherence to policies and procedures • Mentor and lead teams to support nursing in achieving best-practice performance for quality patient care and employee engagement • Perform other assigned duties and projects • Lead and facilitate group discussions • Coach, mentor, motivate, and engage others toward common goals • Lead projects from inception through implementation and assessment • Hire, coach, and support staff development as applicable • Manage resources, performance, employee relations, and supervision within established policies, procedures, and legislation • Travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required • Master’s degree in nursing, business, or healthcare preferred • Registered Nurse license in Florida required • OCN required • Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings • Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy required • Minimum of 5 years oncology nursing experience • 3 years of healthcare leadership experience • Critical thinking, problem-solving, analysis, decision-making, planning, time-management, and organizational skills • Ability to exercise independent judgment • Interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, diplomacy, tact, conflict management, delegation skills, and diversity awareness • Ability to work effectively with sensitive and confidential material and emotionally charged matters • Good command of the English language • Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills • Strong customer focus and ability to build a culture of quality, performance effectiveness, and operational excellence • Ability to manage time, conflicting priorities, stress, and professional development • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Ability to work remotely effectively • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and manage competing priorities and stakeholder demands • Ability to lead projects from inception through implementation and assessment • Ability to hire, coach, and support staff development and manage resources, performance, and employee relations • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Must be located in Florida • Must pass background, drug, and nicotine screenings • New hires must receive required vaccinations, including influenza, barring an approved exemption
