📋 Description
• Provide experienced operational support to the Benefit Operations organization • Support day-to-day benefit operations activities including client maintenance requests • Assist with increased volumes of client changes and escalated requests • Conduct case and XML reviews for accuracy and timely resolution • Partner with internal operations teams to advance client maintenance activities • Assist with year-end client case and XML status reviews • Ensure operational accuracy and adherence to established procedures • Collaborate with team members to address workload demands
🎯 Requirements
• Participant in or eligible for the Cigna Retiree Encore Program • Previous experience in pharmacy benefit management, health care operations, benefit administration, or a related operational environment • Strong understanding of benefit configuration, maintenance processes, and client support operations. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Proficiency with operational systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to quickly re-engage and contribute with minimal onboarding.
