• Manage and grow a defined book of business by supporting client retention, satisfaction, and pharmacy performance outcomes • Serve as the pharmacy subject matter expert for internal stakeholders, clients, brokers, and consultants • Partner with medical sales teams to execute retention and growth strategies aligned to client goals • Lead client presentations and meetings, communicating performance results and recommending pharmacy solutions • Identify and advance opportunities to expand pharmacy programs and increase overall value to the client • Support pricing, competitive intelligence, and carve-out defense strategies to retain and grow accounts • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure effective service delivery and consistent client communication • Analyze pharmacy utilization and trends to provide consultative insights and recommendations • Support RFPs, finalist presentations, and implementation activities for new and existing business • Act as an escalation point for pharmacy-related client issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
• Minimum 5 years of PBM or pharmacy-related experience supporting client accounts • Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit management and healthcare operations • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and influence stakeholders • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable client recommendations • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools • Ability to travel up to 30% based on business needs
