📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of a team of Pharmacists and technicians • Monitor productivity and performance standards • Plan and direct workflow and project assignments • Oversee production volume to ensure service standards are met • Schedule and monitor staff and daily workflow • Develop employee skills, evaluate performance, and provide feedback • Oversee resolution of employee relations issues • Conduct hiring, training, and staff evaluation • Track employee compliance with quality, service, and production standards • Monitor prescription turnaround time and phone service • Assist with monitoring costs and cost-to-fill goals • Address operational, system, customer service, quality, and professional issues • Work in production as needed • Implement programs and process improvements • Analyze pharmacy operations and efficiencies with the Senior Pharmacy Manager • Serve as an escalation point for complex issues • Represent pharmacy operations in cross-functional meetings and projects • Complete special projects and assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, RPh or Pharm D • Licensed and registered in the state of employment • Current pharmacy licensure in good standing • 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting • 1+ years of leadership experience • General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email • Strong knowledge of current pharmacy regulations • Demonstrated leadership skills • Experience training and coaching less experienced staff • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions • Advanced problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments • Willingness to work a flexible schedule for peak times • Willingness to travel 10% • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload • Must reside and hold licensure in Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, or Tennessee
