📋 Description

• Provide support on breach of contract, consumer protection, class action, and mass tort matters • Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation-related documents • Prepare for and attend depositions and arbitrations • Assist with case management and litigation strategy • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda • Support attorneys with ongoing litigation matters and deadlines • Manage multiple active files and ensure efficient case progression

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five years licensed and in good standing to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction • Strong experience in breach of contract, consumer protection, class action, and/or mass tort litigation (plaintiff or defense background acceptable) • Extensive deposition and arbitration experience, including preparation and coverage • Strong drafting and organizational skills • Ability to manage and support multiple matters efficiently • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines • Self-starter who can work independently
