• Conduct Outbound Calls to senior adults • Build Relationships with potential customers • Stay well-informed about products and services • Educate customers about benefits offered • Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets • Accurately record customer interactions in CRM
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Previous experience in sales, preferably outbound sales • Experience working with senior adults or in a similar demographic • Comfort and adaptability when working with technology and learning new programs and computer systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with senior adults empathetically
