📋 Description

• Integrate data and insights from Sales, Marketing, Customers, Finance, and Supply Chain • Build accurate, timely customer forecasts for Sales and Trade using PlanEx • Serve as a planning thought partner within Integrated Dynamic Planning (IDP) • Translate customer strategy into executable volume and trade plans • Help align Gross Sales, Trade, Commercial forecasting, Demand, and Supply Chain processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Analytics, Finance, Demand Planning, or Customer Planning • Experience partnering cross-functionally in a matrixed environment is required • Bachelor’s degree required • Strong business acumen and analytical skills • Understanding of Sales and Trade forecasting, P&L drivers, mix, and trade levers • Ability to analyze large data sets and turn insights into planning decisions using Excel and other analytical tools • Ability to build strategic relationships across functions • Ability to communicate insights clearly to senior leadership • MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred
