📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 40–60 client accounts. • Manage client relationships and ensure an exceptional customer experience and satisfaction. • Create meeting agendas and lead regular client meetings to review performance, deliver updates, and discuss next steps. • Translate digital marketing performance into business outcomes and explain results in a clear, client-friendly manner. • Coordinate client requests and manage communication between clients and internal teams, including SEO and Paid Media specialists. • Draft meeting recaps, action items, and strategic recommendations following client discussions. • Monitor client performance metrics. • Stay informed on SEO and Digital Advertising updates and industry trends. • Collaborate with other departments to develop client improvement plans and retention strategies. • Ensure all projects, deliverables, and client requests are completed accurately and on time. • Maintain organized documentation and account records within project management systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Account Management, or a related role. • Previous Digital Marketing Agency experience is highly preferred. • Understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing performance metrics. • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Strong project management and organizational abilities. • Ability to lead client meetings and present performance results confidently. • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities. • Familiarity with client retention and relationship management practices. • Willingness to learn new technologies and AI tools.
