📋 Description

• Manage the CEO and COO’s calendars, inboxes, and communications with strong prioritization and judgment • Act as the primary gatekeeper, triaging inbound requests and routing them effectively • Prepare executives for meetings with the right context, materials, and information • Track action items and ensure consistent follow-through across teams • Protect executive time by prioritizing strategic initiatives over reactive work • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders • Handle communications with speed, clarity, and discretion

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong business acumen and understanding of priorities • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Proactive mindset — you anticipate needs before they arise • Impeccable judgment and discretion with sensitive information • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
