📋 Description

• Own day-to-day revenue operations and ensure partner goals, budgets, and KPIs are met • Identify and execute revenue growth opportunities by increasing competition among partners bidding for placements • Renegotiate pricing and terms with existing partners • Expand placement volume • Own key areas of finance and growth analysis, including cohort analysis and LTV modeling • Turn analysis into recommendations that inform prioritization across marketing, revenue, and retention • Automate time-consuming growth and revenue operations processes • Serve and scale Bold.org’s key revenue partners • Take on quantitative analysis, forecasting, partner-facing negotiation, and process automation • Support the executive team by taking ownership of day-to-day responsibilities and driving certainty and revenue growth

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a high-intensity, highly analytical role such as investment banking or startup growth • 1+ years of experience with digital marketing and tech startups • Strong SQL skills • Ability to work directly with databases, build dashboards, conduct complex cohort and retention analysis, and reason about data from multiple sources • Experience using AI-driven engineering tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor in day-to-day workflows • Comfortable developing programs to automate work • Strong foundation in growth principles including conversion rate optimization, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization • Strong foundation in forecasting and financial modeling • Ability to get substantial work done quickly and with excellence • Resourcefulness in startup environments • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as PostHog, Grafana, or ClickHouse is a plus
