📋 Description

• Manage HR technology systems with a primary focus on Workday • Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, reporting, and security • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and recommend Workday solutions • Lead projects using Workday methodology and configuration knowledge • Increase automation, streamline reporting, and improve process efficiency • Communicate business processes, technical implications, and risks/benefits to stakeholders • Implement and maintain security configuration and compliance • Conduct integrations and data migration with vendors • Configure, test, and deploy system upgrades and enhancements, including Workday releases • Drive Workday testing strategy by defining test scenarios and overseeing processes • Interpret Workday data for recruiting, compensation, absence, time tracking, and payroll • Develop and deliver complex custom reports, dashboards, and analytics • Assist with change management and serve as functional liaison between HR, IT, and business leaders • Diagnose and troubleshoot data, security, process, and integration issues • Analyze and correct errors and establish quality controls • Guide creation and updates of training materials and quick reference guides • Provide communications regarding upgrades and modifications • Conduct audits for data quality, integrity, and system maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, computer science or related field or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 5 years with Workday HCM • Workday Certification highly desired • Ability to lift and carry up to 15-20 pounds • Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged period of time throughout the work day • Ability to use standard office equipment such as personal computer, laptop, telephone, photocopy machine, etc.
