📋 Description

• Develop and carry out sales strategies to share award-winning self-growth training programs with appropriate client segments. • Cultivate genuine, lasting relationships with prospective clients. • Support and mentor others who join the business as it grows. • Set, own, and exceed personal sales goals. • Create and execute plans to reach new markets and expand business reach. • Manage sales activity and forecasting using provided systems and tools. • Develop a thorough understanding of the training programmes and communicate their value convincingly. • Learn from challenges, adapt to changing markets, and contribute to a progressive community.

🎯 Requirements

• Six years or more of professional experience in sales leadership or a related field. • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. • Strong leadership, with a passion for mentoring and developing others. • Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven to succeed independently. • A growth mindset and a strong desire for ongoing personal and professional growth. • Ability to engage with and advocate for online personal development programmes. • Excellent time management and organisational skills for remote work. • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic global business.
