📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of medical communications projects from inception to completion, including content development, advisory boards, and speaker training. • Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams and interface with each company department. • Meet client and management expectations and maintain strong faculty relationships. • Ensure programs remain on target and within agreed-upon parameters. • Develop, maintain, monitor, and reconcile project budgets. • Manage external suppliers and resources. • Keep programs on time and focused on primary objectives. • Provide ongoing updates to internal team members and client contacts. • Build and maintain client and faculty relationships. • Establish knowledge of client organizations, products, disease states, and medical education. • Contribute to new business development activities. • Schedule and conduct start-up, interim, and final project meetings. • Maintain project schedules and oversee faculty recruitment, audience generation, content development, logistics, registration, materials production, supplier performance, and central file management. • Assist in training new account team members. • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required. • Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a healthcare communications environment is required. • Ability to grasp and retain scientific information. • Strong technical aptitude. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access. • Ability to successfully lead multidisciplinary teams. • Strong financial management skills. • Highly organized and adept at multitasking/prioritizing. • Ability and willingness to motivate others.
