• You’re interested in technology, the role it plays in everyday life and you have an opinion on AI. • You appreciate the importance of processes and systems and will understand that sometimes we must bend the process to meet the needs of the work and our people. • You’ll see the bigger picture and want to use your talent to build with creativity, not just deliver on what’s in front of you. • You’re a team player and see collaboration as a superpower. • 2+ years’ full-time experience in a copy-based creative role (Agency experience preferred but not essential). • A portfolio of work that shows your thinking and craft (which we will treat with discretion). • An eye for detail—you set high standards for your copy and expect the same of others. • A collaborative spirit and the confidence to own the room — with colleagues and clients alike. • The ability to simplify the complex and make it impactful. • Comfort switching between campaign thinking and day-to-day content — and doing both well. • A keen sense of how creativity shows up across different platforms — and what makes ideas stick. • Experience of working in B2B marketing is great, but B2C works too.
