📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain for clinical trials • Ensure timely and efficient distribution of trial materials • Maintain optimal inventory levels • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful clinical study execution • Develop study-specific plans for assigned projects • Meet with internal teams to coordinate efforts, provide recommendations and identify risks • Update project reports and spreadsheets • Integrate clinical supplies activities into the supply chain to support logistics strategy and GxP compliance • Participate in ongoing training on new regulations • Represent the department internally and externally at meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives • Mentor and guide junior team members • Participate in process improvement initiatives • Maintain existing tools and identify improvement opportunities • Participate in bidding and/or bid defense opportunities and address client supply-chain requests, questions, and concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification • Associate Project Manager: 2+ years of comparable experience • Project Manager: 5+ years of comparable experience • Senior Project Manager: 8+ years of comparable experience • Previous global clinical supplies project management experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) environment • Strong English and written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem-solving, sense-of-urgency, and decision-making skills • Effective leadership and team-building skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite • Strong customer focus and attention to detail • Ability to work in a team environment and independently with little guidance • Good understanding of clinical supply operations • Solid client-building and third-party relationship management skills • Ability to provide customer service with high standards of quality and excellence • Ability to access and use in-house and off-the-shelf computer software • Ability to communicate and understand information presented through spoken words and sentences • Ability to work independently, plan work schedules, multitask, perform under stress, and maintain regular consistent attendance • Ability to perform occasional domestic and international travel
